The fee. We pay you £1,000 for each customer you refer who buys a garden room from us, once that customer has paid us in full (the final balance). We pay within 14 days of that, against an invoice from you (or a statement we issue for you). VAT is added only if you're VAT-registered.
What counts. A referral is a customer who isn't already in touch with us (no enquiry, quote or order with us) and who buys within 12 months of you referring them. If two partners refer the same customer, the first one counts. No fee on cancelled, refunded or unpaid orders.
Your customer's permission. Only send us someone's details if they've agreed to us contacting them.
Telling your customers. You tell any customer you refer that you receive a referral fee from us. Estate agents must do this under the rules for estate agents.
How you talk about us. Don't make promises on our behalf about prices, dates or planning.
Ending it. Either of us can stop at any time; fees already earned are still paid.
